What do I do each day?+
Open PepTide, tap the record you need, save the entry, and review reminders or progress when you want context. The main flow is log, remind, review.
Does PepTide give dosing or protocol advice?+
No. PepTide will not recommend doses, cycles, stacks, or protocols. It tracks what you log and helps you prepare for visits with your clinician.
Is my data shared with anyone?+
Your records are local-first. Health permissions are granular and reversible. We do not sell data and do not share health data with advertisers.
Can I export my data?+
Yes. You can export a JSON backup at any time, and import a backup to restore.
Which platforms are supported?+
iOS and Android. Apple Health and Health Connect integrations are permission-based and only used where available.
How do I cancel a subscription?+
Manage subscriptions from your App Store or Google Play account. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.
Why are some advanced tools paid?+
Core tracking stays free. Pro pays for deeper learning, research organization, Coach, health sync, backups, insights, and clinician-prep summaries.
